Meet our founders Sharath & Shruthi!
All programs conducted by teen CEOs are headed by one of our founders & Coach Mrs. Shruthi Sharath.
Shruthi is a doting mother to 2 lovely children and holds a BE in Electrical and Electronics.
After enjoying a fruitful career as an associate manager for more than a decade at Accenture, Bangalore, Shruthi decided to change her career path and follow her teaching passion. Along with the support & encouragement from her husband Mr. Sharath who is also an engineer, by profession and currently works for Intel, the couple started teen CEOs in August 2017.
Being parents themselves Sharath & Shruthi understand how important it is in today’s world to make children financially literate and responsible. They are on a mission to help our future generation on how to become financially free and lead successful lives.

Shubha Dhananjaya
Shubha started her career with AXA Business Services as a Quality Analyst and worked for 5 years.
After having a long break from work, here It comes teen CEOs -
One of the main reason to work
with teen CEOs is to build her career with different profession which educates kids around 8 to 14yrs about Money Management through fun and game activities, also to get trained on something where the world revolve around. Another reason is that it happens during weekends and summer holidays which was easy for her to manage both work and married life.

This passion of her brings her to train and learn from highly energetic participants, for which she is associated with TeenCEO and the kids whom we team.
During her free time she loves to be with plants and spends time in her terrace garden.

Archana Padaki
Archana worked as software engineer for 10 years in different roles as embedded engineer, team leader in Multimedia and automative infotainment industry before taking a break.
Always had a passion for teaching. Found teen CEOs innovative method of imbibing values of money and other financial aspects to kids through games and activities, a wonderful way to be associated with kids. Conducting workshops is fun as well as challenging. Find it very satisfactory when parents come back and tell that their kids have started valuing money and saving their pocket money to use it wisely later.

Rajvi Trivedi
Rajvi is a Student persuing MA (Education)
"We don’t just want our children to be literates and degree holders, we want them be responsible citizens who can be productive and make the right choices in life". Being in the field of Education, Rajvi believes It is our duty to make the children aware about various aspects of life and financial literacy is one such thing. Especially, in this 21st century when children have things on their finger tips, there is a greater need to spread awareness about money management skills and inculcate values of goal orientation and gratitude among the young ones. Hence, as a Coach, she feels very connected to the program offered by teenCEOs & certainly look forward to making significant contribution to the organisation and initiative that has been taken. She feels it is indeed a great opportunity & learning experience to be a part of the organisation to take up workshops in order to gift the children with financial freedom.
